These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of supervised visitation services by IL Supervised Visits and Exchange Services.
By submitting an intake form or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
The Agency provides professional supervised visitation and exchange services in accordance with California Rules of Court 5.20.
The Agency is a neutral third-party provider and does not:

Provide legal advice
-
Offer counseling services
-
Advocate for either parent
Submission of an intake form does not guarantee acceptance of services.
2. Court Orders Govern Services
Services are conducted strictly in accordance with the most recent valid court order. The Agency reserves the right to decline services if court documentation is incomplete or unclear.
3. Payment Policy

Intake Fee: $45 per party, due prior to intake meeting.

Visitation Fee: $65 per hour.

Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

No payment = no visit.
Fees are subject to modification with notice.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full scheduled fee.

If the Supervisor cancels, any prepaid amount will be credited toward a future visit.
5. Sobriety and Conduct
Parties must comply with all court-ordered behavioral requirements, including sobriety conditions where applicable.
If the Supervisor observes conduct inconsistent with court orders or safety standards, the visit may be terminated.
6. Neutrality
The Agency maintains strict neutrality.
The Supervisor will not:

Engage in custody discussions

Offer opinions regarding case outcomes

Alter reports upon request
All documentation reflects objective observations only.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Agency provides services in good faith and in accordance with court orders. The Agency is not responsible for:

Decisions made by the court

Legal outcomes
-
Actions of either parent outside supervised time
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes only. Use of this website does not create a contractual relationship.
9. Right to Refuse Services
The Agency reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

Court orders are not complied with
-
Payment policies are violated
-
Safety concerns arise
